1. 本ツールについて
「もみみ日和 投稿ツール」（以下「本ツール」）は、切り抜きチャンネル「もみみ日和【切り抜き】」の運営者が、自分のYouTube・TikTokアカウントに動画を予約投稿するためだけに使う、運営者専用のツールです。運営者以外の利用者はいません。
2. 投稿する動画
- 投稿するのは、切り抜きを許可している配信者の配信から作成し、運営者が一本ずつ確認・承認した動画だけです。
- 各動画には、元の配信者・元配信へのリンクと、非公式の切り抜きであることを明記します。
- 各プラットフォームの利用規約・コミュニティガイドラインに従います。
3. 外部サービスの規約
本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本ツールを利用する人は、YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとします。あわせて、次の規約が適用されます。

4. 個人情報

1. About the Tool
"Momimi Biyori Posting Tool" (the "Tool") is a private tool used only by the operator of the clip channel "もみみ日和【切り抜き】" to schedule uploads of videos to the operator's own YouTube and TikTok accounts. There are no users other than the operator.
2. Videos posted
- Only videos created from streams whose creator permits clipping, and reviewed and approved one by one by the operator, are posted.
- Each video credits the original creator, links to the original stream, and states that it is an unofficial clip.
- All posts follow each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
3. Third-party terms
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The following terms also apply.
