「もみみ日和 投稿ツール」（以下「本ツール」）は、切り抜きチャンネル「もみみ日和【切り抜き】」（YouTube・TikTok・X：@momimi_biyori）の運営者が、自分で作成・確認した動画を自分のアカウントに予約投稿するためだけに使う、運営者専用のツールです。第三者に提供・公開しているサービスではありません。
1. 利用する情報
本ツールは、次の情報だけを利用します。
- YouTube API サービス：運営者自身のYouTubeチャンネルの基本情報（チャンネルID、チャンネル名）と、動画のアップロード権限
- TikTok（Login Kit / Content Posting API）：運営者自身のTikTokアカウントの基本情報（Open ID、表示名）、投稿設定（公開範囲の選択肢など）と、動画の投稿権限
他のユーザーの情報、視聴履歴、コメント、連絡先などは取得しません。
2. 利用目的
取得した情報は、運営者のアカウントに動画を予約投稿すること、および投稿先のアカウントが正しいかを確認することだけに使います。
3. 保存と第三者への提供
- チャンネル・アカウントの基本情報は、投稿先の確認のためにその場で使うだけで、保存しません。
- 認証情報（アクセストークン）は運営者のパソコン内にのみ保存し、外部のサーバーには送りません。
- 取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
- 本ツールは Cookie などで利用者の端末に情報を保存したり、端末から情報を読み取ったりしません。
4. 認証の取り消し
- Google：Googleアカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」（https://myaccount.google.com/permissions）から、いつでも取り消せます。
- TikTok：TikTokアプリの「設定とプライバシー」→「セキュリティ」→「アプリの権限」から、いつでも取り消せます。
取り消した時、または本ツールの利用をやめた時に、保存していた認証情報を削除します。削除の依頼は下のお問い合わせ先でも受け付け、7日以内に対応します。

本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本ツールを利用する人は YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとし、Google によるデータの扱いには Google プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

"Momimi Biyori Posting Tool" (the "Tool") is a private tool used only by the operator of the clip channel "もみみ日和【切り抜き】" (@momimi_biyori on YouTube, TikTok and X) to schedule uploads of videos that the operator has created and reviewed to the operator's own accounts. It is not offered or made available to any other users.
1. Information we use
- YouTube API Services: basic information about the operator's own YouTube channel (channel ID and title) and permission to upload videos to it.
- TikTok (Login Kit / Content Posting API): basic information about the operator's own TikTok account (Open ID and display name), its posting settings (such as available privacy options), and permission to post videos to it.
The Tool does not collect any information about other users, viewing history, comments, or contacts.
2. How we use it
This information is used only to upload scheduled videos to the operator's own accounts and to confirm that the correct account is selected.
3. Storage and sharing
- Basic channel/account information is used only at the moment to confirm the upload destination and is not stored.
- Authorization tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer and are never sent to any external server.
- We do not share or sell any information to third parties.
- The Tool does not store or read any information on users' devices (such as cookies).
4. Revoking access
- Google: from "Third-party apps & services" in your Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- TikTok: from Settings and privacy → Security → App permissions in the TikTok app.
Stored tokens are deleted when access is revoked or when the Tool is no longer used. Deletion requests can also be sent to the contact below and will be handled within 7 days.
5. Related terms
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
